How do I access my patient portal?
You will need Elation Patient Passport to access your medical records, letters from your doctor, and other important information. When you signed up, you received an email inviting you to register for Elation Patient Passport. You can access Passport here, or iPhone users can download the Elation Passport for Patients app. If you have questions about Passport or how to use it, see the help page.
What is Spruce Health?
Spruce Health is our secure encrypted system for messaging your doctor and doing video visits. Although you can text message us using your phone's regular text messaging system, your privacy and health information is not secure unless you use an encrypted system, and so we highly recommend using the Spruce app for any communications with your doctor. You will also need the Spruce app to have video telehealth visits with your doctor. Download the Spruce app for iOS here. Android users click here.
